Feeling tired? Have a cup of tea. Feeling hungover? A cuppa will sort you out! Don't know what to offer a guest? Sure who can say no to tea? Suffered some unspeakable heartbreak? You'll be grand once you have a cup of tea.
You get the point.
Please note: over here, most of the folk prefer to have " a cup of conversation" - meaning coffee. I like living in both worlds. Coffee in the morning (and Saturday afternoon, with friends), tea at any other time.

In general, drinking hot tea is healthier than drinking iced tea because it is easier for your body to absorb the benefits from warm liquid than those which are chilled. However, there are still many benefits that can be gained from drinking tea chilled rather than a traditional warm preparation.
Drinking tea with citrus elements will also provide additional nutrients such as vitamin C which provides a great deal of benefit for your body.
